Who we are

Applied Innovation for Education, Government, & Public Sector Systems

AIEDTX was founded to bridge the gap between strategy and sustainable execution. Too often, organizations secure funding, adopt emerging technologies, or launch ambitious initiatives without the operational architecture required to sustain them. AIEDTX provides structured integration across federal and state grant programs, procurement systems, contract oversight, instructional design, leadership development, data reporting, and emerging technologies.

AIEDTX is informed by a multidisciplinary foundation spanning educational leadership, biotechnology, public-sector compliance, and technology systems management. Leadership within the organization includes expertise as a Doctoral Candidate in Curriculum and Instruction – STEM/Technology, a Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM), and a Texas Principal as Instructional Leader, with advanced degrees in Educational Management & Instructional Leadership and Plant Breeding (Biotechnology). This combination reflects a blend of scientific rigor, institutional governance, and operational systems expertise.

Prior experience includes public-sector contract and program oversight at the Texas Water Development Board, supporting agricultural water conservation initiatives, managing grant and contract documentation, drafting and negotiating agreements, monitoring compliance, and contributing to infrastructure-focused funding programs. This work established a deep understanding of state-level funding mechanisms, regulatory frameworks, and long-term resource planning.

Across K–12 and higher education environments, AIEDTX leadership has directed federally funded district-level initiatives, overseen procurement and budget alignment, designed TEKS-aligned STEM and STEM+M curricula, coordinated robotics and drone systems integration, implemented AI-driven instructional frameworks, and developed executive-level data reporting systems.

As part of its instructional systems work, AIEDTX has developed the AI-Enhanced Instructional Response Protocol (R.E.A.C.T.), a proprietary framework designed to support real-time instructional responsiveness and system-level alignment across classrooms, coaching structures, and professional learning environments. The model establishes a structured connection between student evidence and instructional decision-making while maintaining human-centered teaching practices. Detailed implementation methodology and training systems are reserved for partner organizations and contracted engagements.

AIEDTX operates at the intersection of compliance, innovation, and operational infrastructure — Advancing Industry, Education, and Technology through disciplined strategy, infrastructure alignment, and measurable execution.
